Program name. Scriptura Health dose reminders, run by Scriptura Health LLC.
What we text. Scriptura Health texts patients who agree about their care and their account: a reminder when a dose on their plan is due, a code when they confirm a mobile number, and an automatic reply when they text us. Texts never include ads or deals. A dose reminder never names a medicine or a dose.
How you join. You agree by checking a box that starts unchecked when you create an account, on the CareGPS page, or in your patient portal. Dose reminders start only after you confirm your mobile number with a code and turn on text reminders in your portal. Saying yes is optional and is not needed to join or get care.
How often. Message frequency varies. You get at most one text for each dose, only from 9 am to 8 pm in your time zone, or Central time if your time zone is not saved. Codes come only when you confirm a number, and replies only when you text us.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile plan decides what you pay.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You may get one last text that confirms it, and then no more texts. You can also turn text reminders off in your portal at any time.
How to start again. Reply START to opt back in, then turn text reminders on in your portal.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or email team@scriptura.health.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Not for emergencies. Texts are reminders, not medical advice, and no one reads replies. In an emergency, call 911.
Privacy. We handle your mobile number and your text choices as our Privacy Policy says.
Text messages (SMS)
What we text. If you agree, Scriptura Health texts you about your care and your account: dose reminders, codes to confirm your mobile number, and automatic replies when you text us. Texts never include ads or deals, and a dose reminder never names your medicine or your dose.
Your choice. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of getting care or using Scriptura. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
What we keep. Your mobile number, when you confirmed it with a code, when you agreed to texts, the exact words you agreed to, and any opt out, so we never text you after you say stop.
What we never share. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that deliver our texts for us: GoHighLevel sends our text messages, and Amazon Web Services sends phone codes. They may use your number only to deliver our texts.
Health details. Texts are not a safe place for health details, and no one reads replies to our texts. For questions about your care, contact your clinic. In an emergency, call 911.
