Start with the clinic that invited you. That clinic controls your record. Scriptura does not diagnose, prescribe, or give medical advice.

What not to send
Do not send patient names, chart notes, lab files, or other protected health information in ordinary email. If your clinic has already given you an approved way to share records, use that way.
