Your clinical experience should shape what gets built.
You know where patient care gets harder than it needs to be. The scattered information. The research that takes another evening. The plan that makes sense in the appointment but is difficult to carry out afterward.
Help us build a more connected journey. Scriptura’s Clinical Council brings practicing clinicians and specialty experts alongside our team to shape the tools, protocols, and coordination they want to use.

Working conversations with leadership
A more connected patient journey
More useful than another advisory title
Bring the problem you keep seeing. Help shape what happens next.
Perhaps a chart summary leaves out the detail that changes your plan. Perhaps a patient needs another discipline involved, but the handoff is cumbersome. Perhaps a protocol looks straightforward on paper and becomes difficult in a real clinic.
Those are the conversations we want at the table.
Your role is to help us identify the important problems, evaluate the evidence, and test whether proposed changes fit practice. Our product team handles implementation. Clinical Council input informs development; priorities and release decisions remain with Scriptura’s leadership.

What the role involves
Contribute the insight your practice already gives you.
- Every-other-week working conversations.
Meet with leadership to discuss clinical priorities, workflow, and patient feedback.
- Specialty protocol review.
Review decision pathways, references, limitations, and evidence gaps in your area. Distinguish established guidance from emerging research.
Clinical pathways also need to account for professional scope and applicable rules. Our state-by-state compounding, telehealth, and prescriber-licensure reference links to the sources behind those requirements.
- Workflow and patient experience feedback.
Tell us what is useful, what adds work, and what patients need explained or supported differently.
- Clinical education.
Contribute de-identified cases, teaching points, and reference material. Help review the accuracy of content that carries your name.
- Recommend fellow clinicians.
Introduce clinicians who could benefit from Scriptura CareGPS to cut overhead and create capacity to see more patients. As our clinician network grows, we can recommend patients who should see you for whole-patient care. Recommendations depend on each patient’s needs and fit; patient volume and referral payments are not guaranteed.
We discuss meeting duration, preparation, project responsibilities, and available capacity before acceptance. Your clinical work and existing commitments matter.

Fit beyond a title
What would make this the right place for your contribution?

We consider expertise and capability alongside available capacity, working relationships, culture fit, and the conditions in which you do your best work.
ExecutionDNA Essence is guided discovery of your purpose, core values, working style, mind-body-soul connection, and support needs. It helps open a practical conversation: where are you becoming the bottleneck, what gives you energy, and how should others support you?
ExecutionDNA Team brings those insights into conversations about roles and collaboration. This is a reflective process, not a medical assessment or a guarantee of performance.
Our combined stated program value for ExecutionDNA Essence and ExecutionDNA Team discovery, included for selected members under the Council’s agreed terms.
Benefits that support your work
Build something useful. Let your contribution travel further.
- Help shape the platform.
Bring your specialty knowledge into a broader patient journey, including the handoffs between disciplines.
- Support your professional voice.
Share your perspective through a podcast conversation repurposed into 20 blog, newsletter, article, or short-video assets. Receive a weekly speaking-opportunity list and contribute to the planned annual collaborative book for Kindle and Audible.
- Explore relevant introductions.
Discuss other advisory roles and potential clinical research collaborations within our clinician and innovation communities. Introductions depend on mutual interest and each opportunity’s requirements.
- Participate in annual profit sharing.
The Council offer includes an annual profit-sharing arrangement under written terms. No equity investment is required to serve. Any investment opportunity is separate.
- Clinic plans are Core and Cadence.
Core is $599 a month. Cadence is $1,299 a month. Each plan includes 30 days free. Council selection is separate.
Clinic plans
Core and Cadence. 30 days free on each.
Core is $599 a month for one prescriber and 200 reports. Cadence is $1,299 a month for one prescriber and 500 reports. Each plan includes 30 days free.
Council selection remains annual.| Monthly plan | Included reports | Monthly price | Per included report* |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 200 | $599 | $3.00 |
| Cadence | 500 | $1,299 | $2.60 |
*Rates assume all included reports are used; rounded to two decimal places. All prices in USD.
Core and Cadence are for one prescriber each. A clinic with two prescribers uses two plans. Clinics with three or more prescribers should contact the team.
Time, capacity & potential revenue
What would fewer minutes of chart review mean for your week?
SOAP-format summaries are designed to organize information for practitioner review. Explore a conditional scenario using your own recovery, appointment, and fee assumptions.
Published chart-review time of about 5 minutes 22 seconds per encounter totals about 18 hours spent across 200 visits. This is a baseline of time spent, not proven Scriptura savings.

Your practice. Your assumptions.
Default review time: 5 minutes 22 seconds. Recovery and booking assumptions are yours to adjust, not measured Scriptura results.
A conditional monthly scenario
- Baseline chart-review time spent
- 17.9hours / month
- Estimated time recovered
- 8.9hours / month
- Additional appointments
- 44.5 hours allocated to bookings
- Potential additional gross revenue
- $1,600per month, before costs
Only whole additional appointments count. Unused time is not revenue. Actual savings, patient demand, booking availability, fees, and costs determine results.
If 18 hours were recovered—and actually booked.
This scenario requires all 18 hours to be recovered and filled with additional appointments. Either example below could generate $3,600–$10,800 in potential additional gross revenue per month, before costs. It does not assume or demonstrate 100% Scriptura time savings.
At $200–$600 per visit → $3,600–$10,800 gross/month
At $100–$300 per visit → $3,600–$10,800 gross/month
Review-time baseline: Overhage & McCallie, 2020 — physician EHR time study.
Illustrative fees: Functional Med Finder, 2026 pricing guide. A third-party guide, not a national fee standard.
Recovered time could support additional appointments, team supervision, or a less crowded week. You decide what fits your practice.
Annual selection. Year-round interest.
Twenty seats each year. A continuing invitation to contribute.
We consider specialty needs, evidence-review experience, real practice insight, collaboration, and available capacity. Recognition can help us understand your work; the fit of your contribution matters more than the size of your audience.
Start with an alignment call. We will discuss your interests, experience, and what you would want to help build. If there is mutual interest, we review the role and written terms before a selection decision.
Applications remain open year-round. If this year’s timing or specialty needs do not fit, you can opt into consideration for a future cohort. Existing members and other active contributors may be considered for the next annual Council.

Your questions, answered
A clearer picture before we talk.
What does a clinical advisory role involve?
For Scriptura, it means every-other-week working conversations, specialty protocol review, workflow feedback, and clinical education contributions. We agree on the scope and time expectations before acceptance. It is an advisory role; it does not automatically make you a corporate director or medical director.
How much time will I need?
Meetings occur every other week. Meeting duration, preparation, and any additional projects are discussed during selection and documented before you accept.
How are members compensated?
The offer combines Core or Cadence, ExecutionDNA discovery, support for your professional voice, and annual profit sharing under written terms. The call covers the proposed arrangement and your questions.
Do I need to invest in Scriptura?
No equity investment is required to serve. Platform subscriptions and any separate investment opportunity have their own terms.
Can I join if I already advise other companies?
We can discuss existing commitments, conflicts, and available capacity. Participation depends on compatibility with your other obligations and the Council’s written terms.
Is a large social following required?
We look for clinical contribution, evidence literacy, and collaborative fit. Your name and public profile should support substantive work, and any use must be agreed with you.
Can I be considered next year?
Yes. Tell us if you would prefer future consideration. Applications are welcomed year-round, with 20 clinicians selected for each annual Council.
