Clinical intelligence for precision medicine.
Clinical decision support  ·  The Sequence Method

Help patients arrive prepared. Help clinicians decide what comes next.

Scriptura brings patient goals, same-day check-ins, labs, wearable trends, treatment history, and clinical evidence into one clear view before the visit. It supports the clinician’s judgment instead of trying to replace it.

Technology should never replace clinical judgment. It should strengthen it.

The Sequence Method

A structured method behind every recommendation.

The Sequence Method runs underneath every decision: eight named steps that carry a patient from preparation through follow-through. It helps the care team see what is known, what may be missing, and what needs a clinician’s review before any recommendation is made.

01
Intake
Patient history, goals, contraindications
02
Lab Read
Reference and functional range interpretation
03
Risk Band
Low, moderate, or elevated with rationale
04
Priority Stack
Ranked sequence of what to address first
05
Intervention
Compounds, dosing, route, cycle length
06

07

08
Re-entry
Next-wave planning, holdouts, cycle gaps
The Shift

The visit starts before the patient walks in.

The old visit often begins with a broad question: what is wrong with me? A better visit begins with a patient who has already shared what changed, what they want help with, and what their recent data shows.

If someone throws out their back, sleeps badly, or notices a new symptom, a same-day check-in can preserve that moment while the details are fresh.

Before the appointment, Scriptura can help the care team spot gaps for clinician review. If the metabolic picture is incomplete, that may include considering whether a wellness panel with A1C, glucose, and other relevant markers is appropriate. Scriptura does not automatically order labs.

The patient brings the story. Scriptura helps the clinician see it clearly.

The Problem

Clinical intelligence, not a robotic wellness coach.

A clinician needs more than a stream of generic advice. Scriptura organizes patient context, biomarkers, wearable trends, treatment history, evidence, and safety considerations before the decision is made.

The goal is not to speak for the clinician. It is to strengthen clinical judgment.

The clinician reviews the record, asks the next question, and decides what belongs in the plan.

How Scriptura works

From scattered pieces to one clear timeline.

Three steps. The clinician makes the decision.

1

The pieces are scattered

A patient's health lives in many places, and none of them tell the whole story.

Wearables
Protocols
Research
Messages

No single view

2

Scriptura puts them in sequence

What was the baseline, what changed, what was done, and what happened next.

One whole-health record underneath

The clinician reviews and decides. You stay the intelligence in the room.

Scriptura organizes the evidence. The decision is always yours.

The Stakes

Clinical confidence has become modern medicine’s greatest challenge.

Every recommendation carries responsibility. Every protocol. Every adjustment. Every patient conversation. Every documented decision.

Modern prescribers do not struggle because they lack information. They struggle because the information is fragmented.

Scriptura organizes the evidence, patient history, wearable trends, biomarkers, protocols, and documentation into one clinical workflow that helps support more informed, consistent decisions.

The problem is not information. The problem is fragmentation.

01

Am I recommending the right therapy?

02

Has anything changed since the last visit?

03

Can I explain this decision in writing?

04

Will another provider understand my reasoning?

05

Have I documented everything?

The Confidence Model

What clinical confidence is built from.

Confidence is not one thing. It is the compound result of better decisions, clearer documentation, stronger evidence, and steadier communication, all reinforcing each other inside one workflow.

The same structure that supports a single recommendation supports the whole practice around it.

Structured inputs become defensible decisions.

The same patient information always produces the same result, every time, and you can show your work. 144 automated tests check it, across state rules, intake gates, priority order, and compound facts, as of 2026-10-30.

The Method

Build a roadmap before discussing a peptide.

A treatment conversation should begin with the whole person. With patient consent and clinician guidance, Scriptura is being designed to place genetic context alongside history, labs, medications, goals, and daily patterns. Genetic information informs review. It does not determine a diagnosis or treatment.

Recommendations can then consider the next appropriate step, which may be a follow-up visit, a lab discussion, recovery work such as massage, another kind of care, or a peptide. The clinician decides what is appropriate and available.

Start with the person, then consider the intervention.

The Practice

Better clinical infrastructure creates better practices.

When clinicians spend less time searching for information, they spend more time caring for patients.

Scriptura helps practices increase provider capacity, improve documentation consistency, reduce administrative burden, strengthen patient engagement, and create the operational foundation needed to grow confidently.

Better systems do not just improve medicine. They improve businesses.

The Integration

Built around your workflow. Not ours.

Your EHR already works. Keep it.

Scriptura integrates into your existing workflow so providers never need to copy information between platforms, rebuild protocols, or switch between systems.

Scriptura embeds through EMRAY, which carries signed integrations with Epic, Oracle Health, AdvancedMD, CharmHealth, NextGen Healthcare, and eClinicalWorks.

One workflow. One patient record. One source of clinical confidence.

The Tiers

One platform. Two ways to grow.

Scriptura meets the practice where it is. Core is for one prescriber. Cadence is for one prescriber who works with health coaches or nutritionists.

Core

One prescriber. 200 reports a month.

02   Tier

Cadence

One prescriber, plus health coaches or nutritionists.

The Moment

Care continues after the plan is signed.

Patients make progress between visits. Scriptura’s product direction includes clearer follow-through, useful daily check-ins, and rewards that may one day help patients put earned points toward eligible care such as visits, massage, or peptides.

This rewards experience is a product direction, not a live points shop. Availability, eligibility, and every clinical decision will remain subject to the practice and the licensed clinician.

The aim is simple: help patients stay engaged with the care they chose.

The Team

Built with clinicians. Designed for the future.

Scriptura is being built alongside clinicians, medical directors, and healthcare innovators who understand the realities of modern longevity medicine.

Early design partners are building Scriptura alongside us. The standard they help define is what every prescriber will work inside next.

Together we are creating a new standard for clinician-first longevity care.

Clinically directed by Sabrina Runbeck, PA-C. Licensed in 8 states. Alongside regenerative experts and functional medicine professors.

Common questions

What is Scriptura Health?

Scriptura Health is clinical decision support and clinical intelligence infrastructure for cash-pay longevity practices. It is not an EHR, not telemedicine, and not a pharmacy. The clinician always diagnoses, prescribes, and signs.

Who founded Scriptura Health?

Scriptura Health was founded by John Murray and Sabrina Runbeck, MPH, MHS, PA-C.
